Founded in 2008, VERA is a strategic communications firm in the areas of Institutional and Stakeholder Relations, Corporate Communications and Media Relations. VERA is based in Rome and Milan.

Thanks to a multidisciplinary team of expert and creative professionals, VERA manages the communication for its customers in order to enhance their authority and give more strength to their contents.
The right balance between the services offered, tailored to each client, makes it possible to:

  • building solid foundation to support contents in order to transfer coherent messages

Since its establishment, VERA has focused on the creation of a network - consisting of communication agencies, international law firms, management consultancies and suppliers - which, while maintaining the independence of the individual structures, manages to provide the client with a set of activities and expertise and makes the consultancy offer increasingly complete and tailored.

Euros / Agency
It supports public and private organisations in defining and implementing communication and influence strategies. It is based in Paris and Brussels. In particular, the agency works on Public Affairs & Public Diplomacy, European Affairs, Corporate & Crisis Communication, Brand & Lifestyle Communication.

Early Morning
Creative and consulting agency for the development of online and offline communication strategies. It creates integrated communication plans with a focus on digital strategy, from the identification of the strategic path to the implementation and evaluation of results. It develops projects focused on individual areas as well as integrated plans and strategies to meet all customers’ needs.

Digital Angels
It is an independent digital marketing agency, specialised in offering Digital Advertising and SEO services. It is one of the first Italian agencies, the first in Rome, to have obtained all 5 specialisations (Search, Display, Mobile, Shopping and Video) of the Google Premier Partner qualification and is an Adform Premium Partner. Digital Angels has direct relationships and partnerships with the main players in the sector and is the reference point for the American tech giants Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, Teads and Outbrain for digital services in Italy.

Code of ethics and conduct

VERA applies strict ethical and conduct principles to the company and its employees. It was one of the first companies in Italy to adhere to the Responsible Lobbying Principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

The main principles the company adheres to are:

  • Any consultancy assignment must be contractual and have as its object and purpose a lawful economic or social activity that brings widespread benefit to the Community.
  • Prohibition of accepting professional assignments from companies that produce armaments or that violate human and workers' rights in the execution and conduct of their business or whose activities involve disregard for the environment and people.
  • Absolute transparency in the conduct of work and Relations with Politically Exposed Persons (PE).
  • Prohibition of paying and accepting any remuneration in cash or goods and services in relations with stakeholders and PEs and with representatives of the world of information.

The company carries out pro-bono activities for projects of significant social impact in favour of non-profit organisations. This activity is carried out on a not-for-profit basis and with the same professional standards as any other client of the company.


The company has a unique corporate structure in the form of a joint stock company, and it is conducted in full compliance with current regulations. As for regards Human Resources, the company is very attentive to the issue of diversity, fair gender pays and compliance with employment contract regulations. To date, 60% of the resources are women, who enjoy remuneration in line with the best practices in the sector.
