The company carries out pro-bono activities for projects of significant social impact in favour of non-profit organisations. This activity is carried out on a not-for-profit basis and with the same professional standards as any other client of the company.

The company has a unique corporate structure in the form of a joint stock company, and it is conducted in full compliance with current regulations. As for regards Human Resources, the company is very attentive to the issue of diversity, fair gender pays and compliance with employment contract regulations. To date, 60% of the resources are women, who enjoy remuneration in line with the best practices in the sector.
Francesco founded VERA in 2008. He graduated in Political Science and specialised in Public Relations and Institutional Relations in Italy and Europe. From 1990 to 1993 he worked as an official at the Ministry of the Interior. He became head of media relations for the European Liberal Democrat group leader of the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee. He then became a consultant in Institutional Relations for the Shandwick Group plc. In 1998 he co-founded the first professional firm in Italy specialised in Public Affairs, where he followed the most important projects for multinational clients.
From 2005 to 2007, he was appointed Head of the Institutional Relations Office at Autostrade S.p.A. Group as the responsible for communication and relations with institutions and stakeholders, both at European and national level. He has been a board member of the company Traforo Monte Bianco S.p.A. He assists investment funds and multinational companies in assessing political-institutional scenarios and regulatory and reputational risk.
At VERA since 2014, Gaia has a consolidated experience in Institutional Relations consulting, a profession she carried out for the previous eight years at one of the first specialised companies in Italy. In the course of her work, she has been responsible for several projects for multinational companies in the energy and environment, information technology, health and consumer goods sectors, also with reference to tax issues. She has designed and followed important stakeholder engagement and advocacy campaigns. At VERA, she looks after clients in the energy and agriculture sectors, as well as in the banking and finance sectors.
Roberto works as VERA's media strategy supervisor. After a long experience at CNBC and MF-Milano Finanza, he specialised in strategic communications and media relations, working as Senior Executive at PMS where he supervised a number of Italian and international players in various industries. From 2011 to 2013 he also worked as Director of External Relations of Gruppo Impresa S.p.A.
